Team Leads

You'll be assigned a Team Lead that will support you throughout The Experience. See them in LiveLab, chat with them in drop-in hours and receive feedback on your Milestones and Portfolio Project.

Success Coaches

Enter the heroes of the hour (just don't tell the instructors). Aside from granting Milestone extensions and moderating LiveLabs, your Success Coach acts as your personal guide through The Experience. Go to them with questions, comments or if you need a pep talk!

HelpHub Specialists

Our friendly HelpHub Specialists are here to help you - many of them are alumni of The Global Tech Experience! In addition to academic support, HelpHub Specialists assist with processing Milestone extensions and LiveLab requests through the HelpHub.
